Lubricate hinges, rollers, and springs with white lithium grease. Wipe sensor lenses. Listen for grinding or squealing.

Spring tension calibration, cable inspection, roller and bearing check, track alignment, opener force/limit adjustment, safety reverse test, and a 25-point safety inspection.
